Anyway, good news!
Shpongle will be back sooner or later!

And they also told another song was completed in the status field.

I can’t believe someone can tease me as much as SimonP can do.
If a song is done, I want a preview now!!!!

Fourth Shpongle…. damn that will be a good day / week / month / year when that arrives…

Been re-living tales and ‘are you shpongled’ loads recently, can’t believe it… my life is attached to them, especially tales… the memories, smells, sights, family etc. is connected to this rich landscape of brilliance and the idea of a fourth quite frankly is like hearing a baby is on it’s way!!

This is one album I can wait long for. If it’s not out until 2010 I can accept it

As much as I am fiending for a new journey to Shpongleland, I agree with the sentiments that I’d rather wait and hear the proper album then wait a bit less and hear a rushed album. 

No matter when it comes out, we only get to hear it for the first time once ... I’ll happily defer that pleasure.

I agree with that but I still feel like a kid on christmas eve waiting not knowing what is coming.

But Worm4000 I think it should have a title. The reason being I’ve just thought of a sweet idea to use the letters of Shpongle in the title.

I have a heart disease so I won’t risk dying just to do drugs.

Shpongle is my drug, my ectasy, my acid.

I didn’t get tickets for the show and I don’t have the money. I’m so sad :(

Any news?

We now have 5 tracks underway…. only one i am happy with, the one with all the recordings i made in india… the others vary from needing a mix, to needing a full re-work… we will be playing 4 of them at the roundhouse, where they will probably sound very different from what they will end up as, on the album.
The problem is trying to get Raj and myself in the studio at the same time….. we might be able to get a few days in december…. but it will be hard to get it done before next summer - that is when we are aiming for, however…  the 3rd Younger Brother album will also be recorded during this time….
A good track will take 2 weeks of working from midday til 3 or 4 am every day… a crappier one will take a week…
So far it seems to be a good balance between Are you Shpongled, with some of those older moods and atmospheres… with some of the live playing of Tales of the Inexpressible… and some of the pyrotechnics of Nothing Lasts… but all more modern sounding.
As for a title, we don’t have a lot of track names…. but for the album we like the word ‘ineffable’.... i’m thinking “Ineffable Mysteries of ShpongleLand” or something….
