Just to let everyone know that tickets for DayTrippers are for sale on www.accessallareas.org and are selling fast…so if you want the slightly cheaper advanced option..get them their!!

Will we not be able to get in if we just arrive there on the night? Will there still be tickets on the door - or in v short supply? I didnt make it to the afterparty last time… too much excesses and lack of respecting my limits at twisted. hehe. but my mates and I are really keen to keep the raving alive till pm on sat. Does it usually get packed in the afterparty? How long for? the whole day?!

Hiya…yes it gets pretty packed at the afterparty…and of course we advise people get advance tickets (slightly cheaper option)...there will of course be tickets for sale on the door as well..look forward to seeing you at the cafe..

Great, thanks for the info. As the afterparty’s nearer mine than the twisted party, I think we’ll go home chill for about an hour, then head out to continue partyin. Assuming we can still get in later in the day…

How to get from Twisted @ Brixton Academy to DayTrippers @ Cafe 1001, in Brick Lane:-

You can either take the bus or tube…neither really being quicker than the other…

By Bus:-

Bus 35 goes direct to Liverpool Street from:- Gresham Rd /Brixton Police Stn Stop: H and takes 30 mins (buses leave every 20 minutes)

Bus 133 goes direct to Liverpool Street from:- Brixton Station Bus Stop and takes around 35 mins (buses leave every 10 minutes)

By Tube:-

By Tube there are 2 options both of which take much the same time…

- Take the Victoria Line North bound to Oxford Circus then change and take the Central Line East bound to Liverpool Street.

- Or take the Victoria Line North Bound for 1 stop to Stockwell then change and take the Northern Line North Bound to Bank and change at Bank and take the Central Line East Bound 1 stop to Liverpool Street.

Both routes take around 30 minutes.

DayTrippers is is a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Street station…if you follow the map below Liverpool Street Station is on the left and Brick Lane (B134) is in the middle (in yellow). Cafe 1001 is just past Hanbury Street on Brick Lane…if you have any problems just ask someone most people round that area know where it is!

Good luck..and cu Saturday…the whole weekends going to be lots of fun…we’ll be giving out maps and directions outside the academy on the day…so grab one of one of us!
