the meaning of word "saudade"

Hi, dear people.

I wasn’t here for near 11 months. This site has changed greatly.
Right now i’m listening Saudade Pt. II Shpongle track and it made me interesting, what does this word “saudade” means? I guess it’s some kind of geographical location or something…

I have tried to track it down but I can’t. I’d buy it if it were for sale.
