Cool, much better than I thought, and faster than I thought…

Had to crack up when I heard that noise in Shpongleyes 5:05, had to immediately think of Simon and mainly Benji with their tongues out and talking…  ROFL!!!

I like Starshpongled Banner also a lot… woulld’ve never thought they’d make a track that fast and hard (could’ve been a Hallucinogen track with some edits )

My head feels like a frisbee I had before, but damn if they just continued the track from 1:30 on with the same style it’d have been awesome.

Once upon the… is quite nice and cozy.

Anyways, first real Shpongle experiences, and damn, I think from now on I just gotta buy any freakin’ twisted group CD, then I can’t judge it wrongly

...and the day turned to night I bought too, recommended from someone, cool track too, even made an animated image for it   but you might have to be a bit patient for it to load.

So, no more biases or listening to short samples.

PS: The right time for the music, and the correct way (be it headphones/loudspeakers/good loudspeakers) also makes a difference I think.

I really enjoyed the day 2 night track when I heard it early in the morning… till 6:00am. There I heard the track on good loudspeakers and not too loud.

okay, enough said with that…

It rock’s buy Nothings lasts.. and then Are you shpongled? which is the hardest to-like albums from Shpongle… it is great aswell but kinda hard and psychadelic!

The more ambient and slow, the more I need to get used to it.

I would say Are You? is not the hardest to like, though it took a few listens for me to truly appreciate it.  All sorts of trippy goodness on that album.  I still find Nothing Lasts to be my least favorite…can’t say for sure why though. 

Still, it is all good.  I agree with SJ Ray—get Nothing Lasts and then Are You?

To put in my ‘penath worth’, my order of favouritism would be Nothing…, Tales…,Are.

They just get better & better, and now there will be a fourth

Never used any kind of psychadelic drug and still liked it, it gives a way diff feeling using headphones and just chilling for few hours.. without any kind of chemical thing, just think about it and check GO shpongle 4!!

Depends on how I feel… the Ramba Zamba stuff is not my style though, including the well known Dorcet Perception, rest is cool. A lot better than I expected it to be!

Did you ever notice how, when you have headphones on, the noise at 8:47 in My Head Feels Like A Frisbee sounds really realistic. The first few times I heard it I had to check if someone opened a door near me.

I don’t even need headphones to get tricked by that, hehehe.

Well yeah, with headphones it’s another feeling, once I was listening to Talpa, and some effect came and I jumped my ass off… was walking down the street and almost hit a car lol.. I thought that someone is coming on me.. and the noise was weird so i jumepd… was kewl :D

I was listing to one of the NIN Halo singles once in a darkroom developing prints.  At one point I thought there was someone outside the room talking about me…had to go outside and check….nope, was alone.
