Right now. Roger Waters Perfect Sense pt1. This album is an amazing mix of lyrics and music. The lyrics is pure poetry with music to back it up. A bit like some of The Doors, Morrison’s poetry with the music blended into it.
This track and What God Wants have recently made sense to me. I never realised the deepness and emotions in his lyrics. Perfect Sense parts 1 and 2 does make perfect sense. I’ve had this album for 3 years and only recently understood the message. The music also has that classic Floyd feel.
The album is basically about the corrupting, desensitizing nature of television. It was released in 1992. Highly recommended.
