Thank you for posting the pictures.  That was my first time going to a party, and it was an incredible experience.  I have a feeling that I’ll be disappointed going to other parties after Simon’s amazing performance on Friday.

I didn’t know he was playing…I didn’t know.

Most of the lighting pictures were taken before Postford started playing. This is also the first time that I’ve shot anything at other than in RAW (NEF) format (and ISO200), so the image quality isn’t up to my usual obsessive-perfectionist standards.

Oh were you that guy who kept blinding me with the uber flash all through his performance?

Couldn’t say it’s easy to answer your question.
Initially I thought Simon is asking. Then I saw you said “his performance”—so you’re obviously not Simon.

Assuming I was the only one using “uber” flash (was I?), I should admit the answer is positive anyways. I’m sorry.
Documenting the history sometimes brings inconveniencies to the participants. :(
But they become part of the history, don’t they?

So, who are you? If I was blinding you, you should be on some of those pictures. Care to show?

Don’t mind my mild sarcasm
I think I’m just barely in a few of those pictures (around the stairway) but the flash didn’t reach that far so fortunately no one can see pictures of me looking like a dork.

Hey psilopsyche, I’m an Orange County native myself, but I’m living in Davis right now.  Whereabouts do you hail from?  I’m from Lake Forest.

I would have missed this too, but by chance I was checking out these forums as the site was remade (I was looking to buy a T-Shirt) and thanks to initialpatch’s inquiry about the 28th on the forum, I found out.  Otherwise, I feel you pain - there doesn’t seem to be any organized way to track psytrance parties as they come…

Anyone?
