Just wondering what we can expect from the Twisted stable for Glade.

I’ve seen in the upcoming events list that Youger Brother and Ott are playing live and there’s a Shpongle DJ set, all of which is awesome news.

Will the Younger Brother live be the full band or Simon and Benji on their lonesome? Will they be opening the festival again like last year - and what a way to open the festival! One of the few bits I can easily remember…...

Any chance of a Hallucinogen in Dub performance? Ott and Simon wil be there…... Think it would go down pretty sweet with everyone.

Fuck - Shpongle and Ott are going to be there. I might have to make it there, seeing as I had to leave Twisted so early. Glade’s usually held about 2 miles away from me anyway, haha.

hello this is benji from younger brother….just confirmed that we’re going to do younger brother with the full band and pixel addicts (guys who did the visuals at brixton) at the glade this year but this time we’ll be doing a full hour with the band…c u there!!

Prometheus is a diamond geezer. Cheers Twisted for a mental glade as well as the Brixton party

so is it all definitaly, set-in-stone confirmed then? cos I see that its confirmed on twisteds events, but not on the actual glade site itself…

Pleeeeeease do an In Dub set. And, if YB’s playing, why not a Prometheus set or a hallucinogen set too?

Just thinking that Twisted are very welcome at Glade year after year, and should perhaps make an even bigger appearance this year, to showcase all the new (and old!) stuff.

Definately a shpongle DJ, Ott, and YB set then??? Will Shpongle be playing in ID spiral with Ott? (would be nice to see them both in a slightly more upbeat stage, like the Liquid Recs tent last year….)

lol, my aren’t you demanding as much as i would also like all of that stuff too, i’m just glad that i get to see YB fully live again. has made my excitement for the festival increase about 10 fold :D

Benji, you are an absolute legend.
I mite be a little demanding, but then high expectations is something you can share with a record label of such high caliber as Twisted. Your never really disappointed.
Benji, your prometheus set last yr was mint, I especially liked the Mr. Men visuals going on around the stage, that was well trippy. Looking forward to YB (hobviously) as your set in the Academy was inspirational and incredible.
Can’t wait to see all my fav Twisted Dj’s at my favourite festival!!!! ITS GONNA BE HUUUUUGE.

amazing…..........a Prometheus set has just doubled my expectations for glade…...can’t wait

I’m gonna travel to the Glade Festival for the first time this year, and it may be that I’m travelling alone from Norway. Was just wondering if any Twisted heads from around London would bother to hook up, need to have some reliable contacts for those special supplies and meet some interesting people:roll:

Hey Benji - Glade line-up gives your real name instead of Prometheus on the line-up.  What’s the deal there? Are we going to get some other Benji-style treats????

And…..  (I know it’s been sais a few times!) Please can there be a hallucinogen in dub set… pleazzzzzzzeeeeeeeeeee! I just want to see them again! (and again and again and again) and the States is a bit of a long way to go!

Great news all round really - I’m sure there is going to be some special music on show at this years Glade Festival Although I have to say I really hope the full Younger Brother band don’t stay on the stage for too long, I really tried to be open minded at the last Twisted party but I couldn’t help feeling relieved when they finally got off the stage and left Simon and Benji to get down to business !!
And hopefully we’ll here some more Hallucinogen tunes in Simon’s Shpongle set - his new material is sounding incredible. Think I’ll have to buy the DVD. (if it’s out)

Glade

So, did anyone see any Twisted-stuff @ Glade this year?

I personally saw Ott, Younger Brother, Shpongle (WITH RAJA RAM!) and Benji/Prometheus. It was all good, allthough I was very tired when I saw Ott..
Had my most intense and beautiful experience of my life during the Shpongle-gig, tried the combo blotters and happy happy for the first time and it worked perfectly. Will never forget that gig.

And special thanks to Simon P and Raja, who showed that they appreciated the response from the ravers so much. The human spirit beat the worst flood in England for approx 60 years, we’re just that good :D
