So, I have been listening to Spongle for about 2 years now, and I listen to them at least once a day.  Naturally, I know every sound they use.  I just stumbled across Entheogenic and bought their Golden Cap album.  Almost every song I heard shpongle.  Here’s an example that I know for sure:

Anyone else notice this, was this a collaboration, or just stealing?

That same sample is also it Ott - “Smoked Glass and Chrome”, Entheogenic - “Pagan Dream Machine”, and some other Entheogenic track from their first album.

Yeah, it’s just the same sample…or something. I don’t know how this works, but I imagine it’s an outside source, just like Shpongle isn’t the only one using audio from Terrence McKenna.

I think Posford used the samples first and Enthno have been heavily influenced by the Shpongle project as many others have.

I think highly of Ethnogenic but wouldn’t want to hear a collaboration between them as Shpongle are well ahead in that type of sound and there wouldn’t be much of a development with the two together… :?
