what the hell happened to my shpongle email???
it’s been months and months and months and i’m pissed.
buddy said he’d have it back up real soon. 
he should have just left things alone.

You shouldn’t get pissed for months on end, it’s really not good for the liver. Buddy couldn’t leave things alone because the company hosting the mailbox went out of business. If you want i can set you up a yourname at shpongle.com imap/ pop3 account with lots of space. send me a pm with your details and ill set it up for you.

[size=3]i had somebody tell me that they would have the shpongle site up and running so that i can retrieve my email account in a couple of weeks or so.  that was 8 months ago!!!! can somebody restore my email account!! it’s really frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :x [/size]

Consider it a blessing as the shpongle accounts started going tits up towards the end, least mine did, and it wasn’t uncommon for new email to take several hours to show up in the inbox.

I take it shponglemail is dead?

I can’t help but feel like I missed out on something, haha. I would have loved to have a @shpongle.com e-mail address. Oh well, what’s gone is gone..

I had it set up in my outlook and then my ive mail box.  Anyway I had problems with receiving. It took a long time to receive mail. Also I was unable to send mail. It kept giving me error messages. So I took it down.
I just thought they would have better things to fix on this site than an email address for silly old me
