In a word- probably yes.
The Twisted DVD is multi regional (Region 0) so it will play in all DVD players worldwide.
Most TV’s these days can handle both NTSC and PAL resolution so you will be fine unless you have an old television set.

If you DO have problems viewing it on your TV then you can always send it back to us for a full refund no questions asked. there is a link in your confirmation email.

cheers

Mine plays in one of the three dvd players in my house, but it skips continually. There I was looking at Ott’s gear, and I couldn’t amke out what he was saying. On my computer, I can watch the twisted event, but it asks me for a parental code for the other features. I’d surely rather keep the dvd than send it back, alternatives?

The DVD does not work on my Sony or Denon DVD player but it plays great on my XBOX 360.

I may be wrong, but I am going to disagree here:

It really depends on if the DVD player can handle PAL or not.  Both of my DVD players tell me “incorrect format”, which means that they weren’t designed for PAL format.  Just as another (in a different thread) has stated that the DVD will not play on their PlayStation, someone in this thread stated that it plays on their XBox; obviously the XBox was made to handle the PAL format.  It has nothing to do with the TV, but solely with the player.  The only way this will play in the USA is if the player can handle PAL.

The DVD players in the USA that can handle both NTSC and PAL will “re-sample” the resolution so that it will work on a TV that was designed only for NTSC (I think; so don’t hold me by the short-and-curlies on this statement).

As a side note, my MacBook can play the DVD, but Windows Media Player on my PC won’t support the format unless I buy somesort of plug-in, which well, I haven’t bothered to do.

Hmmmm?

I’m a bit weary of dropping $50 to get the DVD shipped to the US if we are unsure it will play.  I have an XBOX 360 and a PS3 (US versions). :?
Anyone have any luck with the DVD on these machines?

I hate to disagree too, but: I have a PAL DVD from Banco De Gaia. I can play it on my PC (likely I had or got a plugin), one DVD player I have refused to even look at it, the other (newer and nicer) plays it fine, but the TV I have will not display it.
