I got it.
Really good so far, even spotted myself on the video.

Just got back from seeing Younger Brother, Shpongle and Ott at the Glade Festival.
Amazing. Younger Brother had Michele Adamson with them this time, nice surprise.

More review later when my brain has recovered.

It landed Sat mornig so have just about watched the lot now.

Excellent interveiw section and studio tours with the artists, Ott mix is well nice and the bits from the event are very good to - couldn’t spot myself during the Shpongle bits but bought back great memeories of the event.

Ott’s new track Rogue Bagel is stunning and Hallucinogens Shabby tance is the usuall very high standard.  Great to have Big tits by audio chemistry in the cd player to.

10/10…. :D

Awesome, very nice to know (especially Shabby Trance ). Am in Switzerland, last time I ordered the Hallucinogen mug it took around a week, I think.

Got the DVD, went through most of the material. Studio tours still on the todo list. Good stuff smile

The bonus audio CD is great, but mine skips somewhat toward the end. OTTs track has slight problems, the Shpongle track is unlistenable. The CD looks clean and undamaged, is this a manufacturing fault? Does anybody else have that?

Really good DVD. Ott’s VJ mix, the LSD video and bonus audio CD alone make it a worthy purchase, and the interviews and studio tours are very interesting. Ott’s tour, in particular, was hilarious.

Was hoping the video side of things would be a little more hi-tech, with sharper visuals, maybe incorporating some high-rendered computer graphics and the like but, in truth, the way it’s done works well, has a very organic feel which subsequently lends itself well to the music and is ideally suited to repeated viewing under the influence.  :D

If I had to pick fault with the DVD it would be it’s all shot in 4:3 and stereo sound as opposed to widescreen and Dolby Digital 5.1. The latter, in particular, could have been wicked as trance music is ideally suited to surround sound and, when implemented well, genuinely enhances the psychedelic effect. Hopefully the rumoured Shpongle DVD will include tracks mixed in 5.1 sound. But anyway, to conclude - this is well worth picking up.

Hey smn, no problems with the audio CD… maybe (if you’re on your PC), try changing the drive speed lower (like with nero).

No probs with mine either. Have you tried cleaning your CD player’s laser?

It plays ok on my computer, so I guess I’ll just make a copy of it and see if that plays fine on the stereos. Cleaning the player sounds like a good idea too, although I can’t really attribute it to dirt since all other factory pressed CDs work fine.

Yeah, try that as some CD players are rather temperamental, particularly in regards to the thickness of a CD. I’ve an old MFG album, which though spotless, my CD player won’t recognise at all - so I burnt it onto a blank and that plays without problem.
