1. Akira Yamaoka - Silent Hill Origins (The best album I’ve ever heard. Been trying for years to find something that sounds as great as this. Haven’t found anything close.)
2. Black Era - ...Then… (Great album. Was released for free at aquietbump.com. Amazing and incredibly original Trip-Hop. Only problem is the vocalist; I can’t understand a damn thing shes says. It’s easy to ignore her, though.)
3. Aes Dana - AfterMath, Memory Shell, Leylines (I couldn’t choose, they’re all so wonderful)
4. Ananda Shake - Inside The Sound (Yes, it’s Full-On Psytrance, but it’s much deeper and melodic than most Psytrance albums. Taught me a lot about melody.)
5. Belong - October Language (Never heard anything like it before. I always listen to the song October Language whenever I’m nervous, and it always helps.)
6. Dethklok - The Dethalbum (Yes, they’re a fake band, but Brendan Small has made some of the best metal I’ve ever heard. Very melodic, never boring.)
7. Portishead - Dummy (Like almost all of the tracks, but hated the song It’s A Fire. Love the heavy drums.)
8. Evol Intent - Era of Diversion (An album with a message and a ton of diverse tracks. There are Hip-Hop, Breakcore, Neurofunk, Dubstep, Digital Hardcore, IDM, and Glitch tracks, among others. Enjoyed it very much)
9. Burial - Untrue (I used to hate this one, too, since I would have nothing to do with music that sampled RnB. Got over that; enjoyed the music)
10. Gas - Nah Und Fern (Took me a LONG time to like it. Hated it at first, but started noticing that the songs change over time, which satisfied my need for development, yet it stayed the same, providing me with very deep music. Can be played loud without hurting your ears too, since there aren’t many high frequencies)
