If I had to guess I’d say late October/early November.
That was a completely random guess, but it was stated earlier that all the tracks were done except a few which needed polishing/remixing. But that was a while ago, and I think simonh recently mentioned the album was pretty much finished.
Art work isnt done however, and I’m sure there are other factors as well. They’ll probably announce the release date a couple of months beforehand
I’d say 6 months to a year from the first release date they give us. Its always delayed.
eg at first younger brother 2 was febuarary, now september. New Ott is a long way off yet
382 seaside is the dopest shit i’ve heard in a while, damn. those e-pianos or whatever in the beigning sound like the beatles. i’m looking forward to this album a little more than YB, is that wrong?? haha
those samples on the shop page sound superb, to be honest i thought it would be incredibly hard for ott to follow up and improve on blumenkraft, but just from those little snippets he may have achieved it,
can’t wait to hear it in full, five years is a metallica-esque amount of time to wait for another album but it is all about quality and not quantity, nice one mister ott!
Wow. Judging from the samples, this is totally worth the long wait! Some of the tracks sounds more like the In Dub flavour than Blumenkraft did, which in my book is something amazingly good.
I think we’ll have to make the release date of Skylon a public holiday. This is huge!
