Don’t think so. Twisted’s decision is understandable. What with the christmas and the mad rush to go out and buy crap why risk it. What’s the point in releasing on itunes that will not help.

Tha’s a perfect reason to cut it back. I’m diein for the album but i was forcing myself to wait till january anyways as i have absolutely no money left for myself at this time. The holidays are such a FUN pain in the arse. :x

I’m so disappointed. I don’t know how much more I can loop the taster for the queen of all every thing. And the abrupt ending just kills me every time.

then stop listenin to the samples! doesn’ tthat ruin the album for you? i listen to them twice, once like in the summer or whenever they first let them out and another time in fall. that was more than enough to assure me its goin to be just as good as the last album, but if you listen to it a bunch of times its always gonna feel weird when you hear that part in the actual album…

I would like to point out for those who missed it that I don’t literally Loop the sample. It was really meant as a compliment to Ott to say I liked the taster and I can’t wait to hear his new album.

Always Delayed…

Definitely don’t want to have Ott’s latest release get lost in the shuffle, so no worries there.  I’m very stoked for whenever it comes out.

However, Twisted releases are ALWAYS delayed for AT LEAST 2 months; so much so it’s a running joke what year new albums will come out.  I’m with the folks who say under promise, over deliver.  Or just don’t say anything at all.

Obviously you shouldn’t do something just to please “those on the forum” but this is a good chunk of your central fanbase, no?  Why not hold a release date until it’s actually confirmed by the distributor.

Love the releases and the folks of Twisted.  Not a fan of the running joke that release dates have become.

+1. Its getting beyond irritating now twisted. Seriously, whats the point in even putting a release date on the site if you can never stick to it? I dont know any other record label thats as bad as you guys for release dates…

Not? Infected Mushroom was suppose to have come out @ the 06/06/06, got delayed for 3 month etc. etc., eventually it was like March 07, but wasn’t worth the wait anyhow (which makes matters worse actually).

P.S. I know you said record label.

What is sick is that people have rated 1 star on the reviews even before the album has come out. They’ve rated 1 star because the release date has been pushed back. That’s just petty. They’ll be eating there words when it’s released

so is it coming out next monday or not?I guess not, considering Twisted normallly make a noise about an upcoming release at least 2 weeks before its (definate) due date.
