Im not sure if this is the right place to put it really but I would like to ask about Myspace, basicaly is it anygood? because I have heard alot of bad things about it like people hacking your acount and stealing it etc.

I wasnt going to bother since twisted sessions is so much better imo but I want to put my music out there as much as possible.

I don’t seem to have any problems with it. Also twisted artists have myspace pages.

However it’s not the right place so I’m moving the topic to ckm off topic forum :D

thanks, Im making one now. It says you can only upload 4 songs which seems a bit shit to be honest, carnt be right can it?. Also it keeps saying my mp3s are too big, does anyone know the max file size? it dosnt seem to say anywhere

I think if you reach a certain amount of plays you can upload more as I’ve seen artists with more than 4 in the myspace player. You can also embed a player from another source which can have more tunes on it.
is your mp3 render more than 192kbps? If it is 256 or 320 then it won’t upload.

The limit seems to be 10mb so with my longer songs I had to keep encoding it at lower kbps until it was below 10mb then it worked.

Im glad I found twisted sessions it really is great, the only reason I found it was because I was considering sending a demo into twisted then I saw sessions and read they set it up because they got too much demos.

I’m a bit dismayed that I can’t add your tracks to my favorites here on the sessions page.
Usually before the track name there is a star which if selected adds the track to your favorites. Check out my page to see what I mean. However your page doesn’t have that, I wonder why.

It does with me, Im still having those troubles I mentioned in my other post with downloading so is it somthing to with that? also maybe admins were changing somthing? because its threre with me like i said, check again maybe?

You can do that by going to a pimp your own myspace site and choosing your own layours and backgrounds etc. just google mypsace layouts and choose from many

Thats what I did to make whats there so far but that bit didnt work, I was woundering if he new that part of code, no problem I might just leave it as it is anyway.

there should be something in the editor called Opacity, thats how I did it. Works pretty well, you can go as far as making it fully transparent and just a little.

Dont forget to remove the Editor’s advertisent from the code.

The opacity bit in mine makes the writing transparent, oh well it dosnt matter im going to leave it as it is anyway, thanks
