less than a week until Movements drops, soo excited!!

Anyone heard/played the game Mirror’s Edge soundtrack that Solar Fields composed? its another masterpiece.

Well Solar Fields - Movements turned up yesterday and I’m giving it a second listen as I type. 

The overall scale, feeling and arrangement of the album is stunning and very different to previous projects.  Not trance like Earthshine and not quite as down tempo as Leaving home.

A broad mix of ambient points, break beat, trade mark swirling keyboards and subtle details and tuff in places.  The bottom end of the frequencies are just rolling through my flat, the opening track Sol is beautiful and a different mix of Feelings from Ease division 3. Other tracks I recognize from the mix a few weeks back and from clips on YouTube,

A great start to the new year, Magnus B is a prolific producer and unreal talent. 10/10++

I received my copy today !  :D
up until now I only listened to it one time and I loved it, he definitely explores some new fascinating boundaries and yet his unique signature sound is still there…
I will write more words on it after a few more rounds in my CD player.

the artwork is beautiful , I just love these 3 parts + 16 pages Booklet Digipacks :D

well, I just gave ” Movements ” another spin in my CD player and here are a few more words on it :  as I said before Magnus Birgersson is definitely exploring some new fascinating panoramic boundaries and yet his unique signature sound is still there…

each composition is a window to a different emotional and atmospheric landscape.
” Movements ” in my opinion is a ground-breaking Ambient Downtempo masterpiece in terms of music and production as well.

another great album from Solar Fields and Ultimae !
and compliments on the artwork as well , beautiful stuff !

with each release the Ultimae label together with it’s artists is leading the way to a new beautiful and futuristic era…  :D

Yeah first HUVA network album is great, the sound clips from the new one sounds very deep. Placed a pre order so it should turn up very soon. Ultimae keep their shit so tight… :D

yes the Ultimae team and artists are very talented,creative and productive and this is what makes this record label so great !

hopefully [ Ephemeris ] will be released in the next few days and they will send our copies soon.

My copy of HUVA network turned up the other day and I’ve only listened to it once so far.  On first listen it sounds very deep and ambient, maybe not as strong as the first album but hey only first time.

The remix versions of orientations sound very nice and the opening track sounds like it’s off a Solar Fields album.  Will give it another listen tomorrow..

I actually can’t stop listening to movements. I’ve been a fan of solar fields for a while now but this album just blows me away everytime I listen to it. It just seems to keep getting better and better. One of the best ambient albums I’ve ever heard…
