Today, MCP Presents and The Disco Biscuits have confirmed the first list of performers slated for Camp Bisco VII, the seventh annual three-day music and arts festival in Mariaville, New York this July 17-19, 2008. The 25+ performer lineup at the multi-stage camping festival includes: The Disco Biscuits (3 nights); Snoop Dogg (performing with a live band); DJ Shadow & Cut Chemist; MSTRKRFT; Younger Brother Live; 2020 Soundsystem; The New Deal; !!!; Tea Leaf Green; Lotus; Fiction Plane; RAQ; Eliot Lipp (Live PA); LA Riots; Lazaro Casanova; DB; Dubwar NYC; Future Rock; The Bridge; Telepath; Amplive; Orchard Lounge; Grimace Federation; U-Melt; Strut; Jamie McLean; Push and Jimkata. More artists and festival details will be announced in the coming weeks.

I herd the live band is going to be Marc Brownstein (Biscuits) on bass, Aron Magner (Biscuits) on keys, Joe Russo (The Duo) on drums, and Tommy Hamilton (Brother’s Past) on guitar. If it’s true then that’s going to be a wild, one of a kind set. Can’t wait. good thing i’ll get my fix in NYC!

i don’t know what the hell happened, but i was looking forward to Prometheus more than any event last weekend (@ CB7) and as far as i can tell he never played.  at the last minute they said there were scheduling problems and shpongle came on before YB Live and took Benji’s timeslot.  WTF!

Someone said he spun in the Late Night Tent while MSTRKRFT was on the main stage.
