Seriously, this is a big let down for me. If it was a decision by Glade not to book Simon, then they clearly have lost the plot. If it was a decision by Simon not to play this year because he has played every other year, then I’m sorry but you should stop being so modest and just bloody play!!

Simon Posford is his various guises and with various collaborators has made the festival what it is, which is clearly a very personal opinion of mine of the festival, but I am sure many would agree with me.

So it is not going to happen this year, but I hope I get to see you play outdoors in the UK sometime soon!! good luck with the making of Shpongle IV, lets hope it gets played at Glade soon…

Yeah completely agree. In serious need of some posford action this year, especially becuase, aside from the iboga collective coming down, the psy trance line up this year is a big pile of shite. About 75% of the artists played last year too!  :shock:

Great festie anyway, even without posford’s presence. The Orb were absolutely fantastic!

Si should make it up to us for not coming this year by coming back in full force next year by taking the shpongle live show to the glade stage

Gutted I missed the Orb! And I missed them again at another festival (big chill),  :cry:

Need to get my ass into action and plan ahead with line-ups! Glade was brilliant, had a splendid time, 95% of which was at the origin stage, outdoor goodness! I’ve also acquired a taste for other music now too, such as dubstep, psybreaks and breakbeat etc. really opened my ears! Laughing Buddha was fantastic, and System 7 knocked me for six, I got visually and mentally raped in the glade tent, loved every minuite.

But please, twisted in full force next year… new Hallucinogen material on the origin!!!!!!!!! I would be too busy crying to dance!!!! Could swim in my tears maybe? Yohan, buy some random chance were you either…. the fella walking out of glade to the carpark with a twisted bag (shoulder type bag, big twisted logo looked cool) or the man dancing at the origin stage with a twisted t-shirt… blue?

I was the one dancing like a twat with either a red twisted t-shirt (green logo) or white.

Nope, no twisted shirt brought by me to glade
System 7 were great yeah, another one of my highlights. can’t wait to see em again at waveform. And how ridiculous was perfect stranger’s set on origin? easily the best psy set of the weekend for me, although far too loud rocked it on liquid as well as well.

i was at the big chill too! Another great festie with some great music. You catch trentemoller live on the saturday night? i was stewarding so only caught half of his set but even with the little amount i saw it would definately go into my top 3 live electronica acts that i’ve ever seen. mindblowing stuff…
The bays set with the heritage orchestra was amazing as well, i can’t believe they improvised all that on the spot, WITH a 12 piece ensemble :shock:

Over all, t’as been a great summer for musica so far, even if it has been twistedless (but october will make up for that)  :D

I suspect that was me, I love that bag, don’t see many of them around and I noticed they don’t sell them anymore!
So there was a tiny bit of Twisted at Glade this year!!  :D
