First let me say, great job in getting this store up. Feel like a kid in a candy store. I’m having some difficulty checking out, though. After editing cart, clicking on checkout results in this screen:

And I got a little complaint for Twisteddownloads.com .....

Is the popularity killing your site? Because it has become unbelievable slow the last couple of days. It takes several minutes to load a single page, and 50% of the time im getting a timeout.  :(

Firefox..Haven’t tried a different one yet. will do and post results

Tried on Safari and was able to purchase tracks, but not able to access the download links. After clicking on order history, the server repeatedly failed to respond.

Same loading problems here. It takes 33 seconds per page to load on my browser. My guess is that someone at Twisted tried to load a teaser track from Hallucinogen 3 and this caused the server to momentarily surge at just over the speed of light and now half of the server is 33 million light years away from earth on another planet and the other half is still in the UK thus causing the slowdown. It’s a quantum physics thing due to Simon’s music ripping the fabric of time and space. Makes sense to me!!!  : )

Update: Pages are loading in about 7 seconds now.

should be running a lot faster now.

Just wondering if maybe it’s possible to put a link on the twisted shop site to the twisteddownloads side?

I can’t seem to progress when I click the buy album link. The circle above it just spins around and around and around even more.  :cry:  :cry: This even happens in IE7 so I don’t think it’s a browser problem. The only difference with Firefox and IE is that the spinning circle in IE is in the text of what the product is about and the firefox spinning circle is above the buy album icon. As I type this message it’s still going and it has been over 2 minutes. Sorry am giving it up for now.

Well it has now been added to my shopping cart so I am now going to try again.

The money has been taken, the order complete but my order history hasn’t been updated so I’m unable to download. I’lll guess I’ll have to wait until later.

Everything OK now. Download links showing up under order history. Can’t wait to check out these tracks…

So what about the order I made for which I didn’t get to download the tracks? Are they suppose to show up (they don’t) or am I suppose to re-purchase it?

Mine didn’t show up straight away. Maybe someone has to process the order and update your order history. Mine came up a few hours later and works really great and was super quick to download.
Are you going into My Account and then clicking on View the orders I have made in the My Orders box? If not go there and then click on view when it comes up with order history. From there it’s straight forward.

Hope this helps as I was a little confused at first.

Yep, am doing that. Ordered 11 tracks or so today (4 were the same as last time). Last time was some days ago.

Maybe the new ones will show up eventually, definitely hope so!!!
