Twisted sets the bar as high as it goes for the genre, that goes without saying.  That said, I think we’d all like to Twisted put out more releases.  I know there isn’t a lot out there and I know that the likelihood of any new artists joining Twisted is pretty minimal, but just for something to talk about, who would you like to see come on board with Twisted?  Or at least, who has potential enough to join the ranks at some point in the future?

There were some posts about Chromosome after they put out DMT Cowboys.  I could see it, maybe not quite yet, but some day.

Androcell is the only artist I can think of that is Twisted Worthy.
His music is UNBELIEVABLE!

A few years back a mate of mine was saying that Twisted were interested in Knaprika(not sure of accuracy). I have some of their early stuff and if produced right maybe could fit the twisted genre.

Androcell is definitely a good choice, one of the first that came to my mind too Another artist that I like is Spatialize.  If you haven’t heard his album “In the Midst of Myriads,” you should check it out.

Funny thing… I have been absolutely loving Distant System - Spiral Empire this year, and had no idea that the same artist had released tracks as Androcell before that… I would say I completely agree this music could fit in with the Twisted line-up… Spiral Empire is mind-blowingly good psybient, and I am getting some Androcell to listen to his original works… thanks for the suggestions, I hope we get some more in here.

I totally agree, this has been possibly my favourite album of the year and the production on it is stunning & mind blowing - a deffinate recommendation for everyone.

I also think that Logic Bomb are more than Twisted standard, their last album Sonic algebra is very intelligent.

Solar Fields is way beyond Twisted standard too but I think he is very well established now on Ultimae and his releases are always on time so I wouldn’t want him on Twisted lol :!:

Androcell is great!
Personally I think Entheogenic is the closest thing to Shpongle.

Honestly, I didn’t like Distant System.
It was very well done, but the album was extremely repetitive.

Unlike the lovely organic psychedelic sounds of Androcell - Efflorescence…  :D

Agreed.  I found Androcell’s two albums way more satisfying than Distant System, although it was still better than a lot of what’s out there.

That is exactly what I thought of when I first thought about replying here…. I just wanted to say it in a bit funnier of a way, because I still love Twisted for everything they have done, just have a hankering for more and they’re not delivering! :evil:

Hahahaha good one. I think it still wouldn’t have been released, because the album art cover was waiting for a day when it snowed and there was a rainbow in the background.
