bah, yeah if it’s true it’s a bit annoying. getting up to london in time for the concert on the friday will be pretty difficult for me, as well as for most of the other people i’m going with, so I wish we could have bought tickets for the saturday too. Plus, if there are two nights, which one are they gonna hold the after party on??

Yup very true - most likely saturday i recon.
damn im very annoyed but i think the true fans will all be there on firday coz they got there tickets early also people on saturday - less drugs all be burnt up by friday people. Hah im just trying to be optomistic but im seriously quite annoyed at this, hope its some major major mistake.
I RECON what they did ( better not become a rumour ) but i have a feeling they were planning on doing halloween but dopily and by accident did friday and noticed too late that it wasnt halloween? so they decided to do another one. Maybe? most probably not. arghh im annoyed man
Or maybe we can drop our egos and think “Yeah great for Shpongle”. The fact that they can do a show in the Roundhouse 1 night and fill it up is awesome, but if they are able to do a show the night after would suggest that more people want to hear their music which can only be a good thing.
For those who want to go on Saturday maybe you can find on the various forums people who were not able to buy a ticket for friday and got saturday ones instead and do a swap.
Also didn’t know there was a party after the show this time round.
Sorry for sounding off but I think we should be pleased that they’re able to do the 2 shows night after night in a place such as the roundhouse.

You are sounding off, obviously its great for shpongle. They could fill the roundhouse up many times over. They could do 10 shows. And for those people on saturday, lucky for them there will be guys all dressed up proper halloween costumes n shit. It will be great no matter what of course, you win some and loose some. Thankfully the loss of seeing them on friday is so minimal it doesnt matter too much.

I just noticed on the roundhouse website that they now have 2 dates for shpongle live: on fri 30th and sat 31st! Is this a mistake or are they actually playing twice?
I too noticed this, and am very confused! i called the roundhouse and they said they added another date… So i think its definite, im very angry they have done this. I had something booked for that friday night and cancelled it for the shpongle on friday + I was also a bit upset that they werent playing on halloween but still brought it anyway. So i brought myself and some mates a few tickets. Then just now i think literally in the past few days they bring out dates for halloween. What the hell is going on

We all dressed up, went to the afterparty and had an AWESOME time. Was hoping for similar this year, but saw the Friday gig only and got tickets anyway.
IMO they’ve done this entirely the wrong way round. Should have sold tickets for the Sat first, then the friday. The SERIOUS fans (i.e US lot!) would be happy, as would the stragglers, late comers and not so serious fans.

I called the roundhouse, pleaded with the women. She said there is no way we can switch the tickets at all. ( obviously it will still be a good night but its a bummer that not everyone will be dressed and it be halloween ) And i doubt any saturday go-ers are going to switch there tickets. They most probably did do the wrong way round. Or they just booked the wrong date, it sold out and they realised OH SHIT THATS NOT HALLOWEEN ITS A FRIDAY. Ah well lets do another gig the night after then. Silly stoners hehe. But yah, its seriously a bit of a bummer, know any more details about the after party or something?
I grabbed 10 ticks in May and didn’t see any option for the halloween date. Had I known that Twisted were planning a gig for halloween it would be a no brainer because last year’s event and the 06’ anniversary were mind blowing. I work insane hours and can’t take time off work so to make it on time for last year was a bit of a mission with the end of the week commuter traffic etc. I wonder if they’ll give us the opportunity to swap our tickets? Or to organise another pumping afterparty for Friday seeming we were the ones that forked out the money first based around the original schedule? I haven’t received my tickets either, roundhouse say that for high volume orders (security reasons) you have to pick them up from the door on the night but for me that’s impossible. Last year I had bought tickets for my friends that came in from europe. Obviously they were itching to get into Camden early and I recommended them to chill at Inspiral after trawling for tunes etc and I just handed them their tickets and of they went, perfect.
I’m not pre judging but I will say I hope you got those ten tickets for friends etc and will not be one of the ones who will sell them on ebay for an excessive profit like some did last year.
In answer to your query about swapping tickets I think someone already checked it out with the roundhouse and it was a no go unfortunately. It’s a shame as last year we flew in and saw the show and flew out early next morning but this time we’re staying the weekend so would of been cool to get to the Saturday show but anyway it’s gonna be great night whichever.

S**t sorry missed that but the same applies to that post. I just said it because last year there was it was really bad with how much the tickets were going on ebay. I mean the starting prices were outrageous. No offence intented towards you.
