The fact is, there is a difference between the shows - both will be good - no doubt.
What will the difference be? Will the music be different. Don’t think so. Will the performers be different. Don’t think so. The only difference I forsee is that it’s on a different night and maybe, just maybe not as many will have the fancy dress on friday. But as stated 2 posts previous people will dress up for a shpongle show.
But, Maybe they should have sold out a halloween fancy dress performance first?? then offered the friday beforehand?
To be honest i think you are just trying to defend twisted records a bit too much, i think they fluffed up a little bit and i think its nothing major, ye its a bit pissy but who gives. I recon they booked the wrong day, sold out and said ah we should have done a halloween performance…....HEY lets do a halloween perfomance!
Has it ever occured to anyone that the halloween night may have been booked in advance by another band/act. Then they cancelled, so Twisted got the option to have halloween instead but seeing as they had sold most tickets for friday they decided to 2 shows. So then that is not really Twisted Records fault now as some are seeming to believe that they f’d up. As in trying to defend Twisted Records a bit too much. Well your entitled to your opinion but I see it as not making assumptions and laying blame until all the facts are known. If they did f*** up then they did. Oh well it happens. But I’m not able to say for sure if it was them because the lack of facts.

You know that for sure do you. Has someone from Twisted personally contacted you and admitted “Yeah sorry we fluffed up”?
Like was said before, guys in the US and other continents (Aus etc)only get the DJ sets unless they have the time and money to get across the pond. We should just look forward to the show whichever night it’s on and does it matter if it’s halloween, you can still dress up if you want. Let us stop assuming and nitpicking on small details and just let us get Shpongled instead

About the difference, the audience will make a difference, the fact that the website hosts the event on saturday as a dress up event - will make a difference….
And about the thought of a booking made on halloween yes obviously it occured to me but as far as i know there wasnt a booking and im constantly on the RH website booking for events and play part in the Roundhouse studios, i saw the Shpongle set pop up and there was nothing after that - however, yes you are correct obivously there still could have been an event on on or something - but im not saying that ( i merely stated that i think, then you are forcing the words into my mouth and making me seem as if im stating fact ) obviously im not im just maybe trying to reason with different possibilities, and am in no way saying theres not another reasno.
Yet theres still the indisputable fact that one show is on hallowwen and will have vibes of that ringing through it - with dresses and stuff. And the friday will be shpongle and be ASWELL brilliant and trippy.
and finally, like i said before, its not big deal - but it is a bit annoying. However, it will be great 
i much look forward to it
