Hello Ladies/Gentlemens.

Since i had my Xacti HD-1000 in my pocket i decided to record a couple of songs last year at the Roundhouse.
I´ll release the song “Around The World In A Tea Daze” for you, the very exclusive part of the Shpongle fans soon.

Resolution: 720p (1280x720, 25FPS) - Get a tissue and clean up after yourself.

...but!

Before i do that i want to know what you people think. Should i edit the video with some wicked transitions and blend in the (for me) spirit of Shpongle? Should i just keep it plain simple and dont edit anything? Or just add some titles?

It’s really hard to determine without having seen the original video first. I think you should do both, honestly… let us see the raw footage then for your own practice/artistic fun you should make a remix video, too…

I like the font you used for the main screen… reminds me of the Pink Floyd font from The Wall.

I just hope the audio of your recording is any good!
I was there at the Roundhouse too, and I’ll be there next time as well. What a show huh.

hey I’m thinking of getting the exact same camera, so this will be a good test of it’s ability!

tasteful, not overblown transitions and fx would be nice! do whatever you feel, we are not fussy!

This is just great and the quality looks awesome too.  I can’t wait to see it.  Are you editing up the whole performance?

VIDEO PROGRESS: 30% done

There will be some slow-mo black/white shots blended in the background. I seriously try to make this release the way Shpongle inspires me in my life. At the same time i really try hard to maintain that special feeling from Roundhouse, you all know what i’m talking about.

In pure respect for Shpongle and Twisted Music label the release of my edited video will be moved until the proper Twisted DVD is released. I know some of you will get upset, but try think like this: 720p, 12Mbit/sec. There will be a huge difference and it will, oh yeah, it will be worth waiting for.
