New ambient movements and fresh electroacoustic point of views.
A various artists compilation made of 13 sonic streams of passion that will evoke your emotions and arouse your imagination.

“Hope” is the first release from the new and promising UK based record label - Fluid Audio.
Featuring talented known artists together with rising stars as well, they all have a unique and diverse sound and style that brings something innovative and futuristic to the constant evolution of electronic music.

What we have here is a deep pleasuring journey that flows through all kinds of musical channels and influences.
From cinematic downtempo atmospheres to post rock flavours, from spacey ambient to electroacoustic manipulations and from intelligent dreamy electronica to classical ambiance and more…

Behind this wonderful creation there are some wonderful concepts as well.
The artists involved were asked to compose and produce tracks that will capture their perspective on the term “Hope”,
and the outcome is quite successful and emotional with a mix of gloomy beauty and sparks of light, a sense of wondering
in shadows and then coming out into brightness.

The tracks here can be interpreted in so many ways and can reflect all kinds of situations and can create all kinds of images, it all depends on the listener’s soul and imagination… ( that’s the beauty of instrumental music, you can interpret it anyway you like, you just let the sounds go inside and do their thing ) and the artists involved here and the Fluid Audio team gave us a great product to work with.

There is also a beautiful charity concept behind this release.
50% of all sales will go to Toybox, a charity providing aid, shelter and support for homeless children in Latin America,
the majority of which are estimated a life expectancy of around four years on the street.

Another concept here is the eco friendly ethical thinking behind the product.
“The CD’s bespoke artwork and carbon neutral manufacture provides a consumable and tangible product that serves to aid
a constructive cause through the medium of music”
Read more about it in here - http://www.fluidaudio.co.uk/

The artwork here is quite unique, inside and outside, + it also comes with an 8 page booklet that contains some strong
artistic photographs.

It’s very noticeable that the Fluid Audio team and the artists involved invested quite a lot of time and effort for the purpose of
creating something special in every aspect of this creation.

Vincent Villuis mastered this compilation at Ultimae Studios and as always he did an excellent job.

So, to sum things up I can say that “Hope” is definitely one of the best compilations of the past few years and surely it will pass the test of time as a timeless piece of art.

Don’t miss it !

Wooow

Only just noticed this post/review on here.

Many many thanks Lunitari for your review.

All support for this project is greatly appreciated as we are a small label doing most of the distribution and promotion ourselves.

Sales have slowed down a lot over the last few months and we still have about 100 copies left so if anyone can pass info about the release onto friends who may be interested in purchasing a copy that would be most helpful.

Thanks,

Dan
