This is what I’d call progressive psychedelic chillout

(not progressive as it is used in the term ‘progressive trance’ (which is not really progressive but rather regressive IMO) but progressive as it is used in the term ‘progressive music/rock/metal’ where the whole idea is to do unconventional/challenging things)

Please take great care when mastering this CD… it’s sad to see so many music producers out there make great music and then destroy it when they release the CD. Not that i care about audio quality itself, it’s just that a great album enhances the experience a lot. Which gets you shpongled even faster. Deep natural bass and well defined instruments gets you high. Infected Mushroom has very good audio quality, but i like the Twisted music better so please make it perfect

My favourite Shpongle track is “...And The Day Turned To Night”, it is pretty darn awesome. But these new tracks, especially “invisible man in a flourescent suit” or “no turn un stoned” could be new winners.

I get an Are You Shpongled? feel from alot of it in a way, which is what I was hoping for.
Almost like a darker feel kinda…
I can not wait to get this, I knew they would not disappoint.

Maybe they will also put out some cool new Shpongle merch with the cd’s release?

They can do pretty much anything.

Wow I’m impressed the tracks sound amazing and the production as usual is stunning..really getting excited about the gig now.

WOW! Thanks I never would’ve noticed the new tracks in the player.
I recognize some of these from the Shpongle DJ gig at Symbiosis Gathering a month ago.
It’s definitely sounding different than the previous material, but I LOVE the new direction. It’s fresh but at the same time is very shpongle with the Simon P signature sound.

This album can’t come soon enough.

For once I’m actually happy I have listened to the samples before buying the album… this has just confirmed how brilliant the end of this month will be, the album sounds chuffing marvellous!

I hope the tracks are long and epic (like tea daze and blissful awareness) not short and skimpy aka nothing lasts.. but it sounds like that’s the case anyway. Also I’m happy to hear Raj’s flute used more this time round.

From what I’ve heard and this could well be the best Shpongle album. Cant wait to listen to it fully from start to finish, after the afterparty (and after-after parties) madness!
