Looking for something different I checked out the samples and thought give it a go.

Good move. BBQ soundtrack for the summer.

I beg anyone not to dance to track 2 - Joyrider. Fantastic.  :D

I can’t get this album at all, it sounds like stuff I use to listen to in the early 90’s with all that basic beat programming and firing of repetative samples.

The samples used some of which are off 80’s rap/electro records were good then but not now.  I have to turn it off half way through as it does my head in, it just goes on and on.

Sorry but each to their own.

Hey Mr Uru, Flexitones I’m not too keen on, I thought it was my ears so one of my mates had a listen and he also wasn’t impressed either.  On Hi fi some of the tracks were ok but in general I haven’t palyed it that much,  I love the backroom beats stuff and other stuff MP has done is excellent!

I think when it comes to down beat I’m more into the stuff on Dakini, Interchill and other simular sounding vibes.  :?

Definitely one of my favourite CDs of the summertime, along with ‘Tipper - Tip Hop’ and ‘Juju Space Jazz - Shloop’

It’s the mixture of festive beats and silly silly saxaphones with TIGHT production that really gets me

:D
