I imagine there will be a cloak room at the venue.

Is this something that’s typical of parties in the UK? Just curious as I had the same question .

Here in the US, at least at every event I’ve ever attended, whatever you bring in basically stays with you the whole time unless you run to your car and store it there. If you don’t have car access or know someone working the party who can safely store things, you have to keep everything in a backpack or something, which is annoying because having a backpack immediately marks you as a ‘suspicious’ person as far as law enforcement thugs are concerned.

I don’t remember seeing a cloackroom last year.

But it should be there, It is common in UK + It’s a Roundhouse - very different shows happening there with different type of people, casual people, so should be a cloackroom.

Noone will think that u are suspicious if you shouldn’t be (e.g. just don’t take nothing illegal with you - consume it before the gig lol )

He meant at the after party.

And yes it’s a pretty standard thing to have a cloak room.
