Nothing Lasts was the culmination of everything they produced and is the best Shpongle album, if you ask me. I prefer the chapters in a gapless song format to the traditional 7 minute song format of tales.

It really wasn’t a gapless song.  It was the standard number of Shpongle tracks each with extra trackmarks separating the different sections.  It’s more like 8 tracks.  It’s a brilliant album (as all of Shpongle’s creations have been).

I remember going through and actually counting the number of songs. I think it’s 7-8 with 20 extra trackmarks

And i think twisted won’t sell on amazon because they won’t make enough to justify it…. or something like that. In any case, they make more from their own shop

My CD hasn’t come in yet but from the samples I’ve heard here on twisted this new album has given me a raging mental stiffy.  I love India sounds, and I hear that loud and clear in the samples. 

Waiting is the hardest part.

They would reach so many more customers on Amazon.  Amazon’s “Other customers who bought this also bought this” crap would further increase the sales potential imo.

I’ve often wondered if people who have experience with psychedelic drugs connect more with shpongle songs. Maybe I’m missing out on something.

I bought my copy of Nothing is Lost from Twisted on Amazon.co.uk (about a year ago for £6.90) and got some nice Are You Shpongled stickers, and I bought a few others from there before I signed up to the Twisted shop.

SO sad to see twisted forum fanbois looking at topsellers… Guess Simon and Co. have found the moneytrain.

The new Shpongle ruined the Shpongle name and these hardcore Twisted fanbois who most likely download this shit are having the time of their lives.

Why would you buy and support something you don’t like?
When IM took a new direction and a friend of mine played the new album. I immediately thought I’m not buying it, I don’t like it.
However this is great for Twisted that you have this attitude.
