I was watching Discovery’s Travel Channel. The program had to do with the geologic creations of the planet. (I study this and environment.) Anyway, I’m doing work and watching/listening to the program when all of a sudden I hear a flute. Not just any flute, but Raj’s flute from, “Star Shpongled Banner.” I nearly flipped my lid. I was pretty impressed. It was nothing more then (I’d assume) Raj and his flute playing.
Raj - Awesome sound. It gave the program its ‘native’ and ‘artifact’ feel. It’s sort of freaky that I watch and hear it just a couple days after the new album’s release…
Anybody else notice oddities popping up or is it just me?

Licensing music to films and TV is probably a good way to generate more revenue if Twisted are having a hard time financially.

But they may need to be careful who and what they license stuff to, unlike Moby perhaps as I believe his work crops up all over the place including adverts.

The flute in Star Shpongled Banner is not Raja’s.
It’s from sample cds that anyone can buy and use commercially…

There was a discussion like this a while ago too:
someone thought there was an Ott track in some American tv show.

Again, it’s just the same samples.

It seems like A LOT of samples were used in Tales of the Inexpressible…
More so than the other 3 albums.

I heard the same too grin. Few years ago there was a commercial in Hungary, some shampoo or detergent. I noticed it too.
And in a talent scout show, when a magician showed his tricks, they played 2-3 minutes from Around The World In A Tea Daze.
Both was a nice meeting with Shpongle.
