And here is my next tune smile
This time I’m in to a more rocky trail than before. It’s also a little more tempo in it than my other tunes. Quite a turn scince Cumulus Humilis Travelers.
I named the song “Sunshine Ride”.

Please feel free to say what you think of it!

Damn…I wish I could pump out tunes that quickly.  long face

Really nice stuff here.  Great production quality.
Reminiscent of Younger Brother’s early rock-esque tracks…or Entheogenic’s new stuff.
Will comment more after further listens.

Hehe, living in a studio? thats practically me then!

I think thats a good way to live - have to see how long this bohemian life-style is possible to have - no job, no responsibilities - just synths, ideas, and tons of free time to perform some audiomasturbation.

I have to listen the track now - since it has rockish feelings. gonna write some thoughts soon - just need to finetune my own frequency first a bit. ;P

Wish I could live in my studio. I’m stuck in the rat race known as the “real life” omg I’m sick of it. Go to work. Go home and do shit. Then to tired to do cool shit which I love. That’s how they get you.

Awesome track btw. Love the feel. Smooth, cool bass.

Know your feelings fellow!

I was working on a fucking grocerystore for a year, and during that time i felt so “eaten up” that my musical drive and inspiration fell down guite low.

Ok, it was nice having money ( even tho, salary was fucking ridiculous )

And even tho i dislike the whole political system, the finnish society makes it possible to be unemployeed and still get that little over 1000e from the goverment - so you dont have to starve, and you can pay the rent - no money for partying that much to. That i dont care that much tho, since would spend my time at my homestudio anyways.

and to jazzah - really like this track! bassline is really smooth, personally i`d dig a bit more present kick - but i see your point of not having one also. Love how there is a vivid panning used also in those paddish fx sounds - acoustic guitar could be a bit louder in my opinnion, or more mid freguencies attached to it.

Structure is smooth, track flows forward effortlesly - so liquid. around 3 minutes very cool formant stuff sneaks in, which i would love to hear a bit over bass, just because that sounds screams more space - it is so cool ( like to use similar synthsounds too )

Some serious talent i can see here! really smooth job, despite some critisism, i find it fresh and calming, deep yet easy to enter.

And oh - IT AINT PSYCHEDELIC ROCK WITH OUT SLIDEGUITAR - ( regards, pink floyd fanatic! ) ;P

Had a listen to your tune, and it’s really good. Love the drums and the room reverb on them. Are they real or programmed btw? Also enjoyed the vocal trickery and the synth lines, lots of nice ideas well executed. Would love to hear more tracks like this.

Thx alot man! Really appreciate everyones words!
It seems like the bassline have maked a good impression smile

Funny cuz you’ve thinked about the some things as me just before i decided that the song was ready.

I’ve also thinked about the kick alot, and tried some different stuff, but i decided to let it be, and after a while i didn’t thinked about it.

Also the guitar I thinked was a little low but I wanted to keep a good balance between the rock and the electronica. Just so it didn’t lean more to any part.

It’s true it would be nice with slideguitar, but i don’t have one srry wink

And fingerprint, I can reveal the secret of the drums. I’ve played them myselfe but on a keyboard. But when i play live i will play them for real (or the bass raspberry).

and why I live in the studio:

I only work 4 days a week and the times are 9-16 every two days and 13-22 every two days, so I have a lot of time the long weekend and all night when I end work 16 and begin 13 the day after!
Then.. not good payed but all the time a want in the studio, and thats better than money wink

Thanks again everyone!

Peace
