Hei,

Im new to this forum, but have been a vivid fan of twisted music for many years.. Anyway i noticed (at least of what I could see) that the forum didnt have a thread about movies. So I thought it would be nice to start one, non the least because im a big film buff myself.

So people.. share your recommendations, discuss and list your favorite movies..

These are some of mine:

Bad Boy Bubby by Rolf de Heer
The Butcher Boy by Neil Jordan
Dr Strangelove by Stanley Kubrick
Being There by Hal Ashby
Bande À Part by Jean Luc Godard

Well the list could go on ad infinite..

The Fall - the most beautiful conceptual imagery ive seen in modern cinema + awesome messed up storyline

Pi - the first film (as far as i know) from the director of requiem for a dream and the fountain, and in my opinion his best. it also has one of the most intense sound tracks ive ever heard.

Watchmen - partly for its complete lack of any kind of moral standpoint, the director never tries to say who is right or wrong, but lets you make up our own mind. best sci-fi/comic adaptation in a long long time)

The Matrix - needs no explanation!

Microcosmos - though ive never watched it sober, it was siiiick on shrooms wink

plenty more but my minds gone blank..
