Well, I think we all have listened to the new album enough to have an idea of which track would be our favorite.

At first I thought the track “Ineffable Mysteries” was going to be my favorite, because from live sets it sounded awesome, so it was a track I could easily recognize.

I also enjoy Invisible Man a lot more now.

But definitely my favorite track is Electroplasm. It’s gives me the classic Shpongle feeling, although it’s kind of dark I love it. It’s like a mix of AYS and Tales, it has the dark feeling that Behind Closed Eyelids gives, and the rich melodies from Tales.

And my favorite Ineffable part is the beat in Shpongolese Spoken Here 2:00-4:00, it’s just perfect Shpongle.

My least favorite track is I am you, I loved the version from DJ sets, what happened? It sounds like it has been remixed way too much.

So… which track would you pick as your favorite from this album?

I’ll come back on this one as I haven’t listened enough yet, I am you to me is stunning…anyway each to their own.

Maybe you should have done it as a Poll to make the results easier to browse…

      Too remixed and glitchy sounding i wish it was more smoothed and relaxing.

      The Beginning lyrics are extremely hilarious.
      The Vocals are soo awesome and gorgeous. I get a warm fuzzy feeling when ever the vocals come into play.

without a doubt my favourite track is shpongolese spoken here, it’s a real journey and i’ve grown to love every component of it, from the outrageous intro, to the vocals, and then into the dub and guitar section. it sums up everything i love about shpongle, and still gives me tingles after about 50-100 listens…

least favourite is i am you, i still can’t reconcile with the cheesy vocals/lyrics and the scary intro sample. though i still like certain aspects of the song.

I like that one very much.

I like the rest of them as well, of course.

Ineffable Mysteries & Electroplasm, though the album contains nothing weak and I adore all of the tracks.

woohoo i’m not the only one!

walking backwards is also cool, the vocals at the beginning always take me somewhere, plus the scream/synth is amazing.

1. Electroplasm / No turn
Electroplasm because it’s very much like Shpongles older stuff, sounds like it could of been on Tales.
No turn because its the song that I find myself wanting to listen to the most, its usually the reason why I put in the CD. When I first listened to the CD this was my least favorite track, but I got hooked on the lyrics and now the song.

2. Ineffable
Makes me want to dance and you cant go wrong with that

3.Invisible man
Unlike some others said, I like the second part of this song much more. Lately though I have been enjoying the first bit more.

Invisible Man is my favourite…. Raj’s favourite is No Turn….
I always enjoy hearing the other musicians play - they impress me far more than stuff i do myself!

I am You - i like the old version when we play it with the band, but i think the newer version is much sexier, more tribal, dark and witchy… and i love the dancey bit at the end….

shpongolese speaks to me, im not sure wut you have found here but im in love.

last night it came to me, this is my favorite song.

I liked the old version also, too bad it wasn’t released.

And as for favorite tracks, my votes go to pretty much every track except Shpongolese, because of the dub part. I ain’t much of a dub fan.

Great to hear that more people enjoy Shpongolese Spoken Here, seems like that track haven’t got that much attention! It’s such a green song to the colour for me, advancing from a very mysterious intro to a great peak and ending, all spoken in pure and clear Shpongolese.
