There is what sounds like a pitch shifting going on in the percussion in the intro of Dorset Perception and I am wondering if anybody knows how this was done? Or maybe Simon has his lips sealed on alot of his techniques?

Please dont say Kyma or Eventide as they are out of my price range! lol

For some reason I can’t find my Tales of Inexpressible CD to check so I have use youtube, but I think most of the percussion effects on that track are from the pitch control on a sampler. 3:15 is what I’m thinking of in particular.

Changing the topic a little, has anyone ever noticed the change in the live version of dorset ?
