I could actually go for a few choices here. I don’t personally like to celebrate but hang out with the family and join in to make the nephew and neice happy. I can’t stand this over consuming that happens, even more now it’s this time of year. I like the fact I get some days off which is always welcome.

I chose the optiion The music is driving me crazy! because whilst I’m out driving i’m listening out for the traffic reports. The station is constantly playing christmas songs. No joke. They gladly state they are stockholms only christmas radio station. I only listen to this when I arrive back towards stockholm as it does have the most constant updates for traffic reports. Not only that, during the rush hour home traffic they are playing such boring christmas songs (Josh Groban’s Silent Night, Cliff Richards Misletoe and Wine etc etc)which make you just want to fall asleep. Just what I need whilst driving around on icy roads and being stuck in queues.

hang out with the family

This is the only reason I like Christmas, since I don’t see them so often ‘cause we live in different cities.

christmas, like any other day is wut you make it.

if you let the anxiety of consumerism, and pressures of previously conceived notions get to you, then of course its gonna feel like a crap holiday. if you can center yourself to recognize that around the world, people are genuinely joyful you will feel a renewed love. its from the collective human heart.

personally i celebrate the solstice, the roof over my head, and the sun above that.

I love Christmas.  Always have… it’s a holiday for the little ones.
