New here.  Have been in love with Twisted for a long time, decided to start an account and post music.  This first one is nearly 16 minutes long, and spans downtempo, dub, metal, and psy… Hope you enjoy.

I love it! What you did with his voice in the beginning was very clever. I also loved the metal influence.

Not bad at all! I hear a lot of influence from Air as well before the vocal part comes in. The overall sound could be fattened a bit more. Especially the psytrance part, I’d use a better, sharper kick than this one. And the bass(or the synth that plays the bass) could use a bit more decibels below 150Hz.

It’s nearly perfect until around 11:00, where the 4-to-the floor kicks in. The strings-synth masks the groove too much. If they fade out, then that nice acid line could get up front with a few tweaks and FX, while the basic rhythm rolls on with it.

I actually wanted to use some string samples for that part - and make it a little more lush with the harmonies - but I didn’t have my sample drive with me at the time.  Now I’ve got it, so I might re-investigate.
