hello forum folk….... well its cold,dark and winter shows few signs of remorse as we sip some tea and prepare to mix the last track on our new younger brother album…...  check out youtube or facebook for vids n stuff we’ve done over the last few months and also updates on all things YB…

the album’s got ten tracks with names like crystalline, spinning into place and safety in numbers…..

we started it over a year ago with two weeks at battery studios in north london using our full touring band of Joe Russo(drums), Marc Brownstein(bass) and Tommy Hamilton(guuitar)...we laid down basic ideas for 6 tracks there and ever since we’ve been deep inside hallucinogen sound labs with Ru building younger brother 3…......

no idea when it’ll be out but we’re gonna do a teene weene prelaunch gig in london in march to let people hear some of it(we’ll have more on that next week), then release it later this year with another london gig as the launch party and dates worldwide to support it.

So excited! i just woke up and enjoying a morning coffee and smoke while listening to ribbon on a branch! Cant wait for the new stuff! Any chance you guys will be playing a little when you tour the US this march/april? I plan on catching you in lawrence ks and lincoln the following night!

On facebook I think it said a gig towards the end of the year to tie in with the release date..do hope so.
