I think it’s more about enhancing group energy and finding connection to the cosmos/infinity through a selfless, trans-personal experience that can only be evoked when one shows love and compassion to beings he/she may not be at all familiar with.

i think group energy is a good start! as well as being in a mind space that doesnt have words to explain. it can be induced by drugs, or dancing, or music.
