I don’t think that many of the sets are recorded (in a listenable quality at least) let alone available on teh internet…

Seeding? is that not considered pirating? Don’t get me wrong…I threw some of my old Cd’s on a torrent site, fast and free publicity, but is this legal site? I do not wish to steal from any artist. If it’s legit, I’m all for it though…thank you for the info

the mixingbowl only offers stuff that is not released officially, such as crappy recordings of livesets or recordings of a radio show featuring a certain dj mix.. if something is identified as a cd-rip or an official release by any artist or label it will be taken down.
this site being alive shows a certain demand for live-sets or -mixes. maybe the people on the creative side could react and offer a legal way to satisfy this demand. i would pay for a good set as well as a pay for albums i like.. this could be a new opportunity for twisted and other labels.
