Hey ALL!!! Hope you have a good summer in the sun!! I have just completed a new 18 mins downtemo/Chillout/psybient piece, with a lot of indian inspiration in it!! Its in my sessions-player called “Source of God” or at soundcloud:

Roll a fat one,and sit down and have a listen, without skipping wink (hehe 18 mins….i know),,,,and head on back here afterwards and tell me what you guys think about it?? xD
Would apreciate some feedback from you guys!! I`m pretty satisfied with the result. The sound is much better than my previous tracks,I feel. Thanx, enjoy the summer and festivals!! :-D

Composition is good. The instruments (violin/cello/stringed instrument, drums, etc.) sound more electronic than organic. Obviously because a program will produce a different sound than the real thing. Its good. I’ll listen to it again - a good purchase. Thank you.

Edit: I like the vocal breaks too.

An interesting piece…but it seemed to me as if you’ve mixed 3 or 4 tracks together. Sounded more as a part of a live set rather than one track.

hmm…I`ve heard mates of mine say the same thing, the song having 3 parts, and I algree, but I feel the 1. and 3. part is a recuring(?) theme, they are much alike, even though the Sarangi, is reversed in the 3rd part….... Hmmmm….maybe Call it Source of God (Pt1-3)? Hmmm…
And is it a bad thing?,its not as Random as Atom Heart Mother at least tongue wink (and thats a Bia.tch of a song!!) All respect to the Floyd and Geesin for that massive piece!! grin

Haven’t paid that much attention to that, guess I’ll have to give it another listen. =)

Anyways, keep up the good work! (speaking from a not-so-much-in-dub listener point of view)

Atom Heart Mother is aa masterpiece. I don’t understand why the members of Pink Floyd don’t like it so much. Or is it just Gilmour who doesn’t.
