Its that time of year again. The next Bisco has been announced, and I really hope you guys make it out to this one, I mean, you work WITH the Biscuits. Anyway, Im pumped to see Shpongle this NYE; would rather be there than anywhere else.

Is this NYE event in NYC? I thought I saw something about Shpongle/Prometheus/YB or something playing in NYC this new year’s eve… Any info or do I need to go to Tunguska?

I was lucky enough to attend the Twisted All-Stars tent at Camp Bisco 8.. Shpongle starting at midnight (or whatever time it really was… hell if I knew). I’m a person who really doesn’t enjoy large crowds.. but I managed to set that to the side and had a beautiful weekend. I had never been so happy.. Being in love with Shpongle for many years, I finally got to see Simon AND Raj. It was truly amazing. I even shed a couple tears while listening to Raj play some flute <3

For me, Shpongle made me see life in a more positive light. I discovered Shpongle (and mushrooms) in a death metal phase. I was angry, 14 and confused. I can never thank Raj, Simon and everyone else enough for what they did to me. Shpongle makes you look into yourself, into life, into people and into doors you never thought were there… I am a happier, better, more respectable person mainly thanks to Shpongle.

So I got a little off subject..

I made it to Camp Bisco 9, and although it was a good time.. I had realized that my amazing weekend the year prior was all because of the beautiful people of Twisted Records. They stole the weekend, and left me shining for days..

I don’t want to say I was lucky to see that last of Simon, or Twisted at Camp Bisco.. because now I have my ticket for 10.. and I really had high hopes that someone would be there..

There is still one more announcement to be made for the Camp Bisco 10 lineup… I really hope they are saving the BEST for last.

I was also at the Camp Bisco 8 Twisted All Stars Tent. Awesome night, should of been a lot longer and a lot less MUD!
I think that night was one of 3 nights ever Raja Ram has played while Simon did a dj set.

The mud definitely prevented me from dancing as hard as I would have liked.. but nothing stood in my way that night (except maybe the fence dividing me from them raspberry). I need that night to happen again.. and I think everyone who was there wants the same.
