Delighted to see Shpongle again and intrigued by Benji’s ambient live, but will be missing Hallucingen and Prometheus live acts at main stage.

Ozric Tentacles have also been booked, can’t say I’m not looking forward to hear them live.

After two times that I have failed to see Twisted’s finests I hope this year I will get to go and see them.

I guess there will be an Hallucinogen act after all, maybe a new album even

about Ozrich, i saw them live about a month ago for the first time and I must say it was to noisy and loud for me - too much to even hear the music. a big disapoitment. The best part about that show was that OTT opened and closed it

This line-up is an awesome blast-from-the-past, I hope that all of the classic acts will show the up-and-comers a few tricks and hopefully their sets will be as fresh as a spring wind through pine trees.

Bummer…Hope it was a lousy sound setup during Tentacles…?

I forgot to mention that Raja Ram will be playing on Main Stage again…delighted for that!
Last year Chicago & Raj were a real blast to the past, starting their set with Age of Love (Jam & Spoon rmx).
...and I really miss that Younger Brother won’t be performing again. I had a great, great time during their gig and was hoping to hear them again.

The sound was indeed preety rutten - it was in an old wearhouse.

To be honest i would probably never hear Ozrich if it wasn’t for the Track that Simon Remixed for them on the “Floating Seed Remix” album.

ozora is my next epic journey.

shpongle roundhouse being the last. i dont think it will be this year, but who the fuck knows. ive seen some videos, some crazily tranced out humans. a pinnacle experience.

Last year Hallucinogen was the ‘surprise’ act at the end of the festival.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it were the same this year
On the other hand, he has been performing his hallucinogen stuff for ages there now

It seems that Shpongle live has been cancelled and instead of it, Raj & Si will give people at the festival a completely different treat:

I don’t think so, the Shpongletron was created exclusively for Simon’s US tour.

“Just announced - Younger Brother will be playing an exclusive electronic set at at the Ozora festival in august - we’re calling it the ‘YB sound system’ - it will be a mix of DJing /and synths/computers with exclusive electronic versions of Vaccine as well as LDOG and FOB”

YB electronic set ^^! I thought they’ll never perform in that way again…A fantastic surprise.

Sounds exiting I think, a minimum 4 hour set through the Twisted tale of Si and Raj`s music should be an amazing journey!! and the Yb sound system sounds like a nice concept!! Maybe it will suit the Ozora croud a bit more? The few (?) madmen from last year,not enjoying the show!!!:coolcheese:

This looks wild and I think the Si & Raj 20year set will be incredible, imagine all those classic moments being played such as Yeti, Skulls..etc would be nice if it is all recorded..

It was nothing short of amazing. ^^

Unfortunately, missed Ott (agaaaain =( ) ‘cause I was too tired and went off to sleep after opening ceremony and Ozric Tentacles (it’s always nice to hear some other form of psychedelic music beside trance, so it was an interesting experience).

On long awaited Friday, a bright and sunny one, Raj & Si delivered a truly joy-filled performance which was mostly intertwined with Infinity Project, Shpongle and Hallucinogen tracks. Raj was energetic as always, entertaining the crowd with his dancing and throwing TIP stuff to the crowd…Simon’s on-stage editing of some of the Shpongle tracks was incredible, can’t wait for the Soundcloud upload to her it once more x 100. And the bonus side was that their set lasted much more than announced 4h!

Later that night on the chill stage, we got served with premium-deluxe-top notch Younger Brother live set with only Si and Benji in front of the crowd. It was something I’d been waiting for a veeeeeery loooooong time and it brought both smiles to my face and tears to my eyes. Unforgettable indeed. The new Vaccine rmx’s are excellent! No Delina played though. =/
I truly hope they’ll put this one up for download.

After YB, Benji took over but if I can recall correctly, it wasn’t an ambient performance but a regular Prometheus one…? Can’t tell for sure, went to sleep, but heard 2010, Arcadia Magik and 9th.

What can I say other than - thank you guys, a bunch, for giving us once more a unique Twisted experience at Ozora. =)
