Meh! Not sure I even want my promo [description: sent out BEFORE the official release to promote the album] anymore..feel rather let down by the band, no excuse really..

ok, for now i’ll give it the benefit of the doubt because there may be another package coming, but i pledged for the customised cd art…

the description said “CD album copies of vaccine or last days that have covers customised by the band and signed”

first of all, it was bent when i got it because it had no protection. and instead of a CD i got just a customised photo, unsigned.

all i can say is i feel a bit let down. the photo is nice, though.

hmhm, i’m in the same boat here: the customized cover art i received this week is bent as well… :( and i was expecting a cd as well, but in this extremely light envelope was only that little square of unsigned but bent glossy paper. one could easily have put some cardboard in the envelope to ensure a certain stiffness..

i dont want to be a negative nancy here, but the preordered copies of last days of gravity was supposed to be signed, but i ended up with two unsigned (preordered) copies. :( and the cover of the vinyls (not the vinyls thank god) of shpongle 4 were bent srsly too.

come on twisted team, that’s not a way to treat loyal fans.

I haven’t received anything yet but maybe it’s because I also ordered the book and t-shirt and they’re not done yet.. But if I were you I’d just e-mail the PledgeMusic guys and ask them about this. It does not seem to make sense and it makes me a bit anxious about what I’ll get in the mail

When a deal is made, its made. I am upset. I do not understand why things are not in order. Its going to be a month-plus (I am sure) before any of us see what was actually promised to us. Irked is one descriptive. I can only hope someone pulls it together… but I’m considering the entire thing a bubble… As far my pledge goes… its sad that I’ve almost written it off… I am hurt in a way. But this world is a goddamn rough place…

I went to the PledgeMusic site and filled in the form under the “Your Questions” tab. It took a week or so but one of the band responded and said that there must have been a mistake and that they would send me out the correct items. I have not yet received the items but it has only been a few days so I am not worried.

I would suggest trying this route to see if things could be fixed.

Chill the fuck out man, you’ve been posting left and right bitching about this… might as well start asking Si where Hallucinogen 4 is. In the span of your lifetime, the few months you’ll spend waiting for your pledge reward means jack fuck all. Sorry to gripe, had a bad day. But really…

Astro - My intention is not to be an ass. And yes I am fully aware of the Twisted-Delay which accompanies most releases. I can and do tolerate it. Because I put much behind a word/promise, I expect some kind of notification - something I received in another thread - when things get off track. I am happy Benji was able to notify us. I am not ungrateful, but I do get flustered when I am kept in the dark.

so.. did you receive the cd? I’ve received the customized coverart about a month ago, but I’m still waiting for the cd. And no word from the pledge-site. Is somebody here in the same situation?

I wonder if I should take action so that something happens or if it’s just the usual twisted delay..

I got an email from pledge the other day saying it had been shipped. It’s not twisted who distributing. Also Benji told us there was a delay because Simon needed to sign a load of cds and they had to be sent out to him some where in the US.

Updates have been given to us, although not so many, still we have had updates. Maybe you guys have missed them.
