My 95% was figurative language referring to most of my discs being damaged but you already knew that. You’re grasping at straws at this point.

I know you’re a Moderator and you might take offense to my opinions on Twisted’s shipping methods but that’s okay. You can twist this either way you want but the fact is that CD’s I’ve received have been cracked and I’ve been generous enough to only gripe on a message board instead of demanding my money back. Cracked jewel cases are at fault of the shipper and anything trying to pass that responsibility to me or a post office is simply being delusional.

Maybe you’re idea of being a good fan is “deal with it or be quiet” but I beg to differ.

Woah Chill. I wrote that I was just fucking with you. It’s could joking around. If i’d said that in person to you you would of seen the humour in my manner and body language. As a moderator I don’t feel the need to defend twisted at all cost and took no offense to what you wrote. I just stated my point and made a little joke/funny at your comment. I know you’re disappointed with your deliveries and I would be also but no need to get pissy at me for it.
Also I’m neither a good or bad fan. I just really appreciate twisted music. If I have an issue with Twisted or anything that I disagree with then I’ll say so.

One more point, when did I ever pass the responsibilty of delivery on your shoulders???? I don’t recall doing so. I wrote that I haven’t that problem with twisted deliveries. That is not me blindly defending them because I believe that twisted are the be all and end all of the universe(sarcasm emoticon), it is just a fact.

I apologize, didn’t intend to get pissy. It’s just I’ve gotten a lot of mixed responses on this board when discussing some of Twisted’s more poor business practices and it leaves me scratching my head sometimes.

If I lived in London I’d be tempted to go up there give some suggestions if I could. I’m a business guy so it makes me cringe sometimes when Twisted complains about being broke but yet they don’t execute well on the simple things like sending merchandise to fans.

Once again, I apologize.

Water under a bridge, thanks anyway. I would be upset if the same happened to me. Damn I get pissed if someone cuts me up in traffic. It’s hard on message boards to get a joke across or ones own sense humour.
Anyways have a good weekend.

the description said “CD album copies of vaccine or last days that have covers customised by the band and signed”

sooo.. months have passed and I’m still only having the artwork. last week I decided to take action and ask the pledge-fellas what is happening. Their pretty immediate answer was:

“Hi Daniel,

Looking into your Pledge account it seems that you only Pledged for the Customised CD cover art and not a signed CD. If you have in fact Pledged for a signed CD, please send over details and we can look into it.

Thanks
YB “

So I told them that the description to my pledge mentioned a signed cd as well. Haven’t heard from them since then.. Did some of you guys, who pledged for the customized CD cover art, encounter the same problems?

I had the same issue. I received a picture print out of a modified Vaccine cover art, not signed and all it had was the guy removed from the picture, pretty lame.

I requested a signed art from Last Days of Gravity so I emailed them and let them know that this is not what i pledged on. They asked if a normal signed copy of Last Days of Gravity would suffice and I agreed.

I hadn’t heard anything since a week, so I wrote to them again yesterday..

As this is a know matter and they already reacted in this matter to other pledgers, I find their reaction to be really embarrassing..

In Denmark im still waiting for a signed cd + t shirt. Pledge sent an email on the 10th of june saying that items was sent but i never experienced that it would take 18 days for a simple shipment to arrive from the uk. The god particle took about 3 days. Its embarresing. Come on guys….
