This is a bit of tough one as I find Spike such a distictive electronic album, you could try:
Solar Fields - Earthshine (trance’ish but more electronic than psy and his only uptempo album to date)
Aes Dana - Life (again very electronic and down tempo but a very good driving sound to it, I haven’t heard his latest album as yet which is called 360.
If I think of any others I’ll get back to you but I think Benji did an excellent job of producing an album which sits by itself in terms of style, I’m still enjoying it.
Eartshine is one outstanding album with ‘Cruise’ as my favourite track. I’ve been listening to this album for some years now and it’s still amazing every time it fills my ears and brains. Anyhow I consider it to be way more trance’ish than Spike, thus i wouldn’t compare both albums.
I find Spike to be very unique and 100% vaughn’ish ( 
) and I like it a lot. The only other not too psy’ish (but vaughn’ish nonetheless) album that comes to my mind would be ‘Big Bang’ by ‘The Zap!’.
