Lunar Vegetarian is my first actual project, which started out as a fullon psytrance years and years ago, then i decided to split it in half, now performing/producing psychedelic chillout.
I have kept a majority of the tracks gathering dust in the dephts of my hard-drive, hoping to get it released - and twisted`s search for new artists draw my attention.
I ended up upping 5 tunes, from more electronica-styled chillout to really laidback dub.
All tunes haves a strong melodic approach, multiple parts, playfull basses and painty atmoshpheres. Looking on adding more pieces there soon, as they get released by someone - most propably in ektoplazm, at first atleast.
Hey amigo, I’ve been listening to your tracks, just finished Hammock Nightmare- super nice. The intro to Cyan Sponge Revelation is sweet. My only suggestion would be to have a few long ambient intros since the tracks are so epic, or a mix with really ambient transitions. Fvck this track is great! This is approaching Koan. Anyway I’d be curious what you would do if you had to do a ‘minimal’ track.

Thanks man, im glad it works for you. Majority of those tunes there dates back to 2007 - 2008 ( including cyan shponge revelation ) so many things have been upgraded since then.
I have also been thinking sometimes about making some more minimalistic material, and i actually have one coming up, its not minimal-to-the-bone tho, but there is defenetely way more trickery hidden in the beat and hypnotic sides of the repetativines ( is that even a word?, pardon my finnish poor guality fancy words. :D )
And yeah, i have tons of tracks here that i should just mix properly, and definetely, some smooth, beatless, 3 - 4 minutes of pure pad-driven intro-goodness waiting to be unleashed for all the sofa-enjoyers. ^^
basically, this was plainly cause of twisted`s search for new artists, and anyways, it was about a time for me to get few tunes out for ppl to hear.
Im a total 8-bit, nintendo fanatic, that console and those games on it ( specially megaman II! ) had such a beast stage-musics, they really got in to me, and are seeming to stay there - in my braincortex.
And hey, im really glad that it sinks to you guys, appreciate the good feedback.
Couple of new ones for the listening! Hopefully they sink. these two are guite different from each other, only similarity possible being slow bpm tunes? Maybe for Sofa-Surfing? ^^
