how good was friday at the glade.
what a perfect way to start the proceedings at glade with a superb younger brother set. it was great to hear the original version of evil and harm blasting out of the speakers.
for me that is the perfect setting to be listening to some twisted action, outdoors in the blazing sunshine with a very loud sound system.
but the twisted fun didnt stop there and went from strength to strength. a nice bit of Ott was just what the doctor ordered, the bass was rumbling and rolling around the glade afternoon, a big crowd had joined in the blumenkrafting at the liquid stage. and after hearing some new tunes i cant wait to get my hands on some of his new material.
and straight after Ott’s funky little set simon posford was back on stage again to give us some shpongle delights. this was my first time seeing simon posford play any shpongle material and it was true bliss, divine moments of truth being a highlight of the weekend.
and just in case the twistedness was a little too downtempo for everyone up springs benji again with some top drawer funky new floor filling psy. he played the .mp3 that was posted on this here forum by the man himself a few weeks ago. brilliant!!
