I heard the intereview Simon gave to ministry of sound radio and he said that his new music will be released early 2006.
Is there any progress on these albums?

Progress is being made on the Younger Brother ALbum for sure.. its nearly ready and may well be out for the summer.  Metal Sharon is in the air a bit as Merv and SI P are both SO busy.  Its possible that the tracks they’ve done will go on compilations and the album will be abandoned.  Not sure yet…

The killer is that it probably would have made a very nice ‘journey’ album (as so many of simon’s are), so if it gets broken up into singles then it just won’t have the same effect :(

Metal Sharon is the collaborative project betweem Simon P and Merv from Eat Static (a marriage made in heaven!). Check out the Twisted release Unusual Suspects 2 which has a track from them on it.
