Just brewed up some pu-erh tea.
This batch tastes like a handful of damp earthy forest and pungent toadstools…mixed together with bogwater.
Delicious!

Got another batch that tastes like ocean-flavored trees. (can’t think of any other way to put it)
Might brew that up next…

Marmite sandwich!

Made spaghetti and meatballs tonight.  I had fun narrating the process to my mom over the phone, especially when I told her how I was putting my balls in the hot oil!  I asked her to tell my dad that his daughter was talking about her balls…  Sigh, I do love my folks   Anyway, spiced up the meal with Malbec and a horror movie.  It was a good night!!  Probably going to nuke up a s’mores before bedtime.
