I bought all 4 full-length Shpongles, F.O.B. and L.D.O.G YBs, and both Hallucinogens. I already have all of those, but they are copies ripped from my boyfriend’s collection. I think my devotion to Simon’s brilliance has possibly surpassed my boyfriend’s, so it was high time I finally equipped myself with my OWN nice, shiny set!! LOL (I already have The God Particle—he had to rip from me this time 
—and Vaccine via Pledge.) Tho the truth is I will most likely rip these nice, new shiny CDs so they can remain in pristine condition, LOL again 
I’m a bit like you, I suppose - I agree that music is one of the few things worth the splurge! When I thought I might be receiving the same order twice, I actually considered letting it go, just so I could use one set and keep the other for display. Better to save that money for Shpongle 5 and the mythical Hallucinogen 3, tho, hehe.
I am excited about your musical suggestions! I have heard some System 7 and quite liked it, and probably have heard manmademan as well. I’m gonna check out your links, thanks much for those!! For a little while I was graced with a friend streaming some of their own library for me and heard TONS I loved but that’s since ended and it will take me a very long time to compile a decent library of my own, I’m sure.
