Is it just me or does the Armani Code for Men tv commercial running at the moment rip off Gamma Goblins on its soundtrack?

I guess it’s the highly distinctive chord change at about 0.23 on the commercial that really reminds of the sometime live version of the track (towards the end of the D.N.A. Lounge live version for example)
Complete coincidence or one of those “lets rip off a tune but make it different enough that we wont have to pay” deals that those nice advertising guys come up with now and again?
